This letter is a request for a donation to the Chicagoland 2003 Annual Picnic

If you enjoy geocaching or supply any type of product used by geocachers =
please consider making a donation to our annual picnic. We will be happy to =
promote your business both at our picnic and on our website. 

This year we plan to have 200 or more attendees. This is a great opportunity =
to get your name in front of them. We will be giving away prizes for many =
different games and events. Photos of all winners with their prizes will be =
posted to the internet after the event.  Will you please make a donation so =
we can take their picture with your prizes. Sponsors will also be mentioned =
in the printed handout that all attendees will receive at the picnic.

If you would like to make a donation, please email me back and provide a link =
to your website so we can get it listed right away. Product donations can be =
mailed to: Sheri Myers, 2890 Shelly Lane, Aurora, IL 60504.  Or picked up =
locally. Please reply to [email protected]

If you have a banner, please send it to the address above and we will hang it =
at the picnic. We will also send back a photo with everyone under the banner =
and your prizes in their hands.
