I'm hpping that one of the things that sta(4) might allow would be
easier experimentation with alternatives to WEP on a per-station
basis.

I'm happy enough with the design of sta(4) at this point that I'm
sitting back waiting for an implementation that I can play with...
I'm not sure that I like it all, but I don't know enough to clearly
articulate the minor misgivings that I have.  I'll not know if the
issues are real until I can sink my teeth into the implementation...
