In NetBSD/i386, my DWL-520 will sometimes lock up so badly that the only way to restore it to a state where the NetBSD kernel can reinitialize it is to cycle power. Has anyone else observed this? Is there any routine in the PCI API that will simulate cycling power, or otherwise reset even the most stubborn PCI card to initial conditions?
