I don't know what the next steps would be.  Let's organize a VoIP task
force to answer that question at our meeting on the 21st.

BTW, this looks like a pretty good resource for SIP in the open-source
world, <http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Open+source+Voip+Software>.
