[CUWiN] Antenna

Hi,

First of all I would like say thank you for the good apps. 
I am thinking to set up wifi mesh in my area (jakarta-Indonesia).
My question is What kind of antenna I could use?
Do I need omni or grid antenna?
If one of my neighboor using grid antenna, do they have to point the antenna 
to nearest antenna?
