PTP web site update

I rolled changes into production.  I created a user feedback page.  Add 
comments to this page and they will be reviewed and considered.

As part of the PTP mission statement our goal is to educate and provide 
information about WiFi. As part of this effort our web site must be easy 
to use to allow you to get the information that you need.  Please let us
