Resolved Items and Notes:
localcontent: Managed nodes that are operated by the owner should be
supported in having local content. The issue remains the reliability of
those nodes not directly under the control of either a PTP member or easily
accessible by the Ops team.
nodeaudit: Don unavailable. Carries forward to next meeting.
IPv6: Security advantages and general consensus that all the nodes need to
be standardized first. RobertPetersen takes the stance that someone needs to
do the R&D.

tunneling was discussed, no conclusions.
