Reminder: The Personal Telco Project monthly meeting is tonight at 6:00pm! I'll be bringing the remaining circular red and black PTP stickers, along with some shmoo group and other assorted stickers. If your laptop does not have a PTP logo on it yet, you can pick up a sticker tonight. Don Westlight, engineer manager for NWAX. Past positions include IP Engineering Manager of OHSU, and network engineer for OGI. He is co-author of "A High-Speed Metropolitan Area Network Measurement Study"[1] along with Jim Binkley of PSU. He'll be speaking about IPv6. Including the current status of IPv6, its usefulness in mobile applications, and the possibility of more widespread IPv6 usage in Portland.
