new Spokesperson: Michael Weinberg

After this morning's rousing debate and conferring with the secretary,
it appears the best direction is to get Michael W. into the role of
spokesperson as soon as possible. Ive offered and he has accepted the
title.

Michael will be a new resource to handle press inquiries in a variety
of cases. Over time and with growing experience, I imagine him to be a
walking resource of PTP positions. Dealing them out to the media in
email and in person with disarming precision.

As a reminder, any volunteer is free to speak their mind to the press
and identify themselves as a personal telco volunteer, but if you want
advice or to hand off such an inquiry, Michael would be the best
person for that.

He has asked to be refered to as "a spokesperson for the Personal
Telco Project" instead of _the_ spokesperson for the Personal Telco
Project.
