I have read all the follow-ups that have been posted so far.  I find
Don's argument to be unpersuasive.  I think a spokesperson for PTP needs
to be informed enough to answer most questions on his own, intelligent
enough to know when to consult with others (perhaps the board) and
willing to do the work.  You seem to be well qualified on all counts.  I
think it is a poor reflection on PTP that we even need to have this
discussion, you should have had the title long ago.
