Based on last year's experience, I think it's absolutely necessary that 
we setup a powerful guerrilla repeater to undermine the for-pay-only and 
for-registrants-only wireless networks available at the conference. If 
it means buying a single subscription and sharing that with 100+ of our 
closest friends then so be it. If we get in trouble, oh well - it's a 
great PR stunt.

We have plenty of gear to do this. Last time we tried to hack something 
together with a WGT, but it just wasn't good enough. We need something 
with a powerful local-coverage radio and a good client antenna/radio. If 
we can get bomber coverage inside the exhibition floor, we will be gods 
and all will praise PTP.

Once we have internets, we can have other demos - like a kiosk pointing 
to map.personaltelco.net.

We should have copies of various propaganda for consumption: the PTP 
handbook, the PTP-U videos (if they get compiled in time), NOT moo 
cards, flyers, stickers, etc.

And t-shirts - which apparently Russell has a lead on - we can sell 
these for slightly above cost.

It might be useful to spend some money on a nice reusable banner-type 
sign to put up behind the booth and for future events. There seem to be 
no shortage of companies selling this sort of thing.

Last time Troy brought a hacked WRT and had a drawing for it - that was 
quite popular. We should be able to offer up one of our WGT-Army for 
this purpose...?

Kind of a brain-dump, oh well.
