Heck, if we wanted to fly our DIY colors it is not very hard to do a
single color silk screening. We would have to make up a design and
make the screen, tie it up to a play date and have folks bring their
own material to run it on. One time cost to make the screen and a
scrapper, ink would be the only recurring cost and that is not so
much..... If the group got a wild hair it could buy a bunch of tshirts
and do up a run for things like street fairs, oscon and other events
the profits would be plowed back into the group.

Sure its got its own mess quotient but in keeping with the groups DIY
nature it seems a better fit, imho.
