You folks are great! I need to finish an article and a press kit for a
hearing tomorrow where the fiber study will finally be introduced. We
have been waiting for this feasibility study on city-owned broadband to
be installed during an upcoming major capital sewer repair but the Mayor
is trying to derail this by injecting this WiFi proposal. Somehow we
always end up giving away our vital utilities to privatization through
franchise agreements and always lose our governance.
It is time that we stop that practice.

We are needing to encapsulate all communications into a Bill of Rights
for the residents of the city. The Manifesto is a wonderful platform
and foundation.

Thanx for the warm welcome.

Bruce
