OT: Looking for EDA Software Engineer

So, I know this is off topic, but...

The company I work for is looking for a EDA software engineer. I have  
no idea what the salary would be like, but I know it won't be bad.   
It's a windows based application, but I know we are looking to expand  
platforms.
