I am currently on Comcast out here in Beaverton, and the Terms Of
Service prohibits rebroadcasting the service. So, no PTP node.

However, the Verizon contractor was in the back yard yesterday,
installing fiber for FIOS in our neighborhood. If I am correctly
reading the (lengthy) TOS agreement on the Verizon site:

   http://www.verizon.net/policies/popups/tos_popup.asp

... it appears that there is no explicit prohibition on putting up
a PTP node. Any contrary opinions or experience?

I'm not going to jump to a new service just to save $10/month, and
I don't need more download speed, and my outwards-facing server is
already offsite. But the ability to run a PTP node off a modified
WRT54GS (which I have ready to install) is compelling. Ideas?

Keith
