Avagadro's number can be expressed as approximately 5.018 times ten to the 22 dozen. There are in the neighborhood of 100 PTP nodes in the metro area today, that's about 8 dozen. We also have a node in the Phillipines, last I heard. Roughly half of those eight dozen are managed by our Network Operations Team, the others are operated independently. Outside of Mississippi, there are about 3 dozen NOT-managed PTP nodes at the moment. We've set up more than that, of course, but some attrition has taken a modest toll. For example, we recently discovered that Costellos has gone its own way, over which I will shed few tears. We continue to work on new nodes, and I think with some modest publicity the PTP cloud could grow substantially. -- Russell Senior, Secretary [email protected] -- The Personal Telco Project - http://www.personaltelco.net/ Donate to PTP: http://www.personaltelco.net/donate Un/Subscribe: http://lists.personaltelco.net/mailman/listinfo/general/ Archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.network.wireless.portland.general/ Etiquette: http://www.personaltelco.net/index.cgi/MailingListEtiquette
