Thanks to Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP!

Today, I received a package in the mail from the law firm that has
been the Personal Telco Project, Inc.'s registered agent since it's
creation indicating that it has withdrawn their representation.  

First, I'd like to thank Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, and Milton Stewart
in particular, for their help over the years.  

One of the ramification of this development is that we are now in need
of a new registered agent, a requirement of the State of Oregon.  If
anyone would like to make suggestions or recommendations, please do
not hesitate to contact me or another officer.  Personal Telco's needs
are small, but so to is its budget.

We will be holding the Annual Board Meeting next week and can decide
on a course of action at that time.
