Portland's CTO takes another job

"Matt Lampe, Portland's chief technology officer, is leaving in late
October for a job in SoCal. He will be chief information officer at
the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power."

The LADWP is a huge organization with a $3.1 billion dollar budget.
The entire city of portland has a $2.1 billion dollar budget.
