We just moved all of our APs over to LWAPP over winter break at Lewis & Clark too. Except for our APs that had a REALLY old version of the Cisco IOS, we were able to make most of the conversion without needing physical access. There's some really neat features of the wireless management tool including discovery and containment of rogue access points, coverage hole detection and resolution, and "one click" firmware updates of the APs. I look forward to seeing what else it can do!
