Lake Union Network

Its interesting watching SeattleWireless grow, slowly die, and then grow
really fast again.  :o

No, im not talking about the mailing list traffic, the number of
hotspots, or the pointless cluster of point-to-point VPN tunnels...im
talking about THE NETWORK.

Im sure everybody remembers those cool, 3D maps posted on the SWN site
years back.  Well, our point-to-point network looks nothing like that
today...and for a little while, we actually had no interesting point to
point network.  People were losing interest, things were looking grim ..
And then, out of nowhere, roof tops finally became available and
hardware was donated.  A sudden burst of energy and new volunteers
entered the scene, breathing life back into the group.

Those who frequent hacknight or watch the blogs probably wont be too
surprised by this, but I would like to introduce you to the new network.
Things are becoming exciting again....we are in better shape than
before:
