RE: voip

Lingo uses proprietary hardware... Id suggest finding someone who can
ship it to you.

I would be careful shopping around for VoIP providers.  While I am sure
Lingo is a fine service, it did not meet a friend of mine's
expectations.  International calling latency was too high for him.  He
now uses AT&T CallAdvantage, which is SIP based.  I also know a lot of
fans of Vontage, Packet8, etc.
