shared WifI web between houses?

I want to share a WiFi connection with a few neighbours, problem is they are
quite some distance apart.

between me and my first neighbour, there is another person who wouldn't mind
if I stuck up some kind of relay in the way to boost the signal. Would it be
possible for me to put a WifI network up in my house, and another
off-the-shelf wifi router up in my neighbours house, just plugged in to the
mains, no PCs or anything, to boost the signal to my other neighbour ?

ie A has the base station but is too far from B, but B agrees to just plug
in a router in his loft/chimney with no other stuff, just to boost the
signal a bit further etc. Can this be done?

preferences for (home-based/cheap!) equipment? approx 120m line-of-sight
with 1 house in the way.

I know this has been a subject on here before, but I'm not technical at all.
All I know is that I have direct line-of-sight to my neighbour over the
road, and he in turn has direct line of sight to my other neighbour. If I
stick a WiFi router up on the chimney, as will the other two hoses, can we
share the WiFi?

We live up in the mountains in Spain and I have a phone line, but my
neighbours cant get one (let alone broadband!) hence the share request.

Also need a parts list if anyone can recommend exterally-fitted (ie
weatherproof) units.
