Resellable DSL

I live in the Seattle area and I would like to sell some wireless DSL to a 
specific area. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anyone who 
permits reselling their DSL service. I did look into Speakeasy’s NetShare 
service, but they only credit your account for the service that you sell. 
Any ideas on where I might look?
