Re: Talk Digest, Vol 16, Issue 37

Greetings Mr. Jackson:

I am told by both SBC and NoaNet, that they will allow reselling of 
their bandwidth.  NoaNet (see: www.noanet.net), by law is limited to 
wholeselling of bandwidth.  Noanet therefore requires a minimum of one 
DS3, they will not break it down any smaller.  Noanet provides bandwidth 
mostly to ISPs in Eastern Washington.
