Who's moderating his group?

All,

About two weeks ago, I began a project to build a WiFi antenna from a
DirectTV dish and I posted some questions here and got some good responses.
A few days later, I finished the project and judged it a success and I wrote
an E=Mail to the list summarizing what I'd done and how it worked out. In
the E-Mail I embedded four digital photos and as a result, the aggregate
size of the E-Mail was about 260K.

I sent it off and got an automated E-Mail bounce back saying that my E-Mail
exceeded the 40 KB limit and the E-Mail would need to be manually reviewed
for relevance by the moderator. In the canned response, it said: "Either
the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive notification of
the moderator's decision."

Well, that was on 30 Dec 04 and it is now 12 Jan 05 and I've not heard a
thing. I think the E-mail has relevance to the group's process and I don't
think 260K is such a burden and frankly, I'm suspecting the 'review' process
may be a bit broken.

So, to my original question: Who's moderating this group?

I don't intend to sound belligerent but I think 'moderation' should be an
active process with responses rather than a passive one with silence which
leaves one wondering if (A) the E-Mail was deemded stupid or (B) there was
no moderation and things have simple fallen through the cracks.
