Wireless in building boost for cell phones & WiFi?

Does anyone know of a product that will serve to both boost WiFi signals 
and all cell phones within a building?  Realize differing protocols and 
frequencies are used between WiFi and varies amongst cell phone 
providers, e.g. CDMA, GMA, 1900 MHz, 900 MHz, etc.

My understanding is the radix - lossy cable is wideband and may be one 
option versus use of individual amplifiers on every other floor, see:
