OK - with the better pic, I agree it's not a u.fl or any of that series. I would try, first off, inserting the center conductor into the center hole, doubling if needed for positive contact. This assumes that there is a dielectric between the outer ring and the center hole, if not, you will have to create some sort of isolator. Then clip the shield to the outer with an alligator clip. Check the levels with whatever you have to check with. This would be an inexpensive and nondestructive way to see if it works. If it does then you could apply solder to the leads to strengthen them for continued use.
