Interestingly I tried to buy a connection from ART and they couldn't figure out how to sell it. It seems their business plan didn't consider the sales process. ME: I want service. THEM: It would cost XXX. ME: Fine, when can you have it in place. THEM: But we don't sell to individuals. ME: OK, here's my company info. THEM: But we don't sell to individuals. ME: Here's the location of my data center. THEM: But we don't know how to sell it to you. ME: Bye. This is a little different from companies who want to sell you everything but don't have a product. > ART tried doing this as well. It was a cool idea, but you can -- "U.S. West: a hundred years of tradition unhampered by progress."
