miniPCI cards

Does anyone have current data on where to get wireless miniPCI cards for
laptops for the various chipsets and their costs? I'm only interested in
products from companies that document their chipsets and/or make an attempt
to support Linux (eg. mostly atheros and prism54).

I'm asking because I now have two laptops with unsupported cards (one
broadcom and one ipw2200) and this is untenable in the long term given the
speed at which the Linux driver API moves.
