Need input on VOIP/Video Conferencing setup

I have a new friend that wants to have a setup involving 3 or more video capable VOIP phones. I was trying to check out what Senao is offering but their page isn't loading correctly. Right now he has a comcast cable modem hooked up to a WRT54GX. I noticed he was getting 4 megs d/l but only about 500 or 600k u/l hoping that's enough bandwidth upstream for a video/voip solution involving multiple phones. The setup needs to be reliable so the Broadband setup could be altered if more upstream bandwidth is needed. If anyone has any suggestions that's what I'm looking for.
