I think that a very good source of information on mobile wireless, i.e. cellular technology, is via the folks that patronize the Seattle Mobile user group. Last I checked, mobile phones are still wireless. ;) Seriously, though, there is a company that maintains that database but I can't recall their name off the top of my head.
