Mobile phone for VOIP

I'm in the market for a new cellular phone and I'd like to get one
with integrated WiFi. Some co-workers are pretty happy with the
Siemen's PDA/Phone but I'm more interested in a Phone/PDA a la
Audiovox 5600. I'm sticking with Windows Mobile because I use an
Exchange server at home and at work and have not been impressed with
Palm's offerings into the mobile communications market.

Can anyone recommend a mobile phone which includes WiFi and a platform
capable of running Skype?
