I am on the side of the business.

In such a fiercely competitive coffee industry, you need something to set your business apart...Many coffee shops use free WiFi to lure customers.

Non-paying customers, or "WiFi squatters", can hurt business.

Unlike some out there, I have a conscience. If I sit down and use WiFi, I will actually purchase at least one coffee product from that particular café. Especially since most are small businesses. It's a productive barter where everybody wins.
