I was unable to find anything on hacking that specific card...BUT... That looks strikingly similar, if not identical to EnGenius Technologies' 2511cd+ EXT2 (http://datacom.engeniustech.com/products_detail.php?name=21&cat=Network %20Interface%20Card) If I were in your spot, I might just try EnGenius's drivers and give that a shot as their card supposedly is a 200mw high-output card...
