Required coverage is about 25km radius, user base is greater than
5000. 50/50 share of voice and data. Mobility is not required for the
next one year. Expected ARPU is USD240.00. Main marketing barrier is
price of CPE otherwise the intial cost. And of course NLOS is needed.
