There are several subscribers to this list that are not in Seattle. Even 
so, EVDO is still just an uplink option. And since most EVDO, GRPS, 
EDGE, etc. PC cards do not have drivers for anything but Windows, I 
can't see them being widely adopted unless someone comes up with a 
cheaper alternative to the Junxion box. Even then, we'll still need 
clients to connect to APs (and/or find APs with kismet which is what 
started this thread).
