With this solution, Helix Server Basic (free for a one-year license) can serve out 5 streams less the encoding connection, so four viewers. There is, however, a 30-day trial unlimited server that might be perfect for this event. You'd still need a server to run it on though. I would suggest using the Helix DNA Server which is the open source server from http://helixcommunity.org but there are limitations on what formats can be streamed due to licensing on Real's codecs.
