Some thoughts about amps... As I understand it, with this type of low cost amp, its does not add to your transmit power, but rather 'replace' it. So if you have a 100mw Access Point and add a 100mw hyperlink amp, you will still be at 100mW Tx power. A 250mw amp will put you at 250mw Tx. You will, however, see an increase in your Rx sensitivity from the amp, which will definately help your link to clients devices.
