TFTP syntax for Actiontec

Hi,
Does anyone know the syntax and a TFTP program for talking to the
Actiontec gateway OS?
Would anyone recommend TFTP programs that can work with Windows* or the
DOS command line?

I want to save externally or clone the config from the router of Actiontec
GT701 gateways.
I found "tftp commands vary across different implementations"**.
I have Windows only, so I don't have access to the *nix tools of Unix,
Linux, or FreeBSD.
(The syntax I found from the SWN ActiontecGT701 page did not work for
Windows with the TFTPs I could find. I could Telnet with the OS ok, but
not TFTP.)

If no one knows, and anyone would like to,
I can post a summary of the solution when it's found.

Thanks
-M

* I found freeware TFTPD32 and SolarWinds.net TFTP Server, but not the
correct setup and syntax required to talk to the Actiontec.
