In my experience DSL Reports numbers seem most reflective of what the net actually feels like. I like the fact that it uses increasing size payload until some time limit is reached, so the same test works reasonably well for medium speed connections as well as high speed connections. Nothing I've found that's web based can devine what portion of your BW is being used by each application.
