I haven't used it but I was searching for the same thing and ended up bookmarking this for a more thorough look: http://www.antamedia.com/download/ It runs on Windows and uses ICS, but it looks like it has a pretty good feature set. If anyone else has suggestions, I'd be interested to hear them.
