Dish -> Omni Antenna?

Hello,

Currently I have two 15db omni antenna's on top of my house and want to
put my neighbor on my LAN (he is across the street probably 200 feet
away). Is it possible to point a parabolic dish towards an omni
directional signal and pick it up? Or do I have to have two dish's?
