All true, but it seems likely that Clearwire will reserve a portion of their system capacity (spectrum, radios, towers, antennas, etc.) for providing service to customers with legacy devices and just wait for the customers to be attracted to the better performance of their mobile WiMAX systems (whenever they eventually are available).
