Interesting, the WISP I used to work at in eastern Washington had so
much stuff up that clear-wire built-out using 23 GHz in tri-cities.   :)

I am amazed the use so much 5.8 here.

Yep.  They use 5.8 for their backhaul.   Problem is that these have set
up
camp on some of our channels that are just above the noise floor.  The
OFDM
radios are supposed to lock out active frequencies.  However, when they
re-config some of the units they don't save the database and we get
clobbered again.  We've given them a list of all of our active channels
but
it doesn't always get to the GitF (Guy in the Field).
