I originally wanted to use Batman + x-wrt and I had it configured and
running once but I didn't get it working again.  (Which is odd because I
used startup scripts to get it going.)  Frefunk made things really
nice.  

I have been looking at the stable release of Batman but I believe the
experimental has some interesting things to offer.
