wiki upgrades and cool new features.

I'm sure you were all aware of how painfully out of date the wiki has
been.   For the most part, the addition of texchas has stopped the
spam problems.

As of now, we are running a current version of Moin, with some cool
plugins thanks to Jason McArthur from the PersonalTelco project.

One of the cool new features is http://seattlewireless.net/GetStreetView,
which lets us embed google's now-in-seattle streetview on a wiki
page.

Also, <<NodeMap>> when placed in your Node's page will create a google
map and a link to your node in map.seattlewireless.net
