Now you have me wondering...

I assume that most femtocell installs would be for rural customers but how
about an installation in a sparsely populated area like a small town where
the carrier only has coverage along the main highway and the femtocell is
installed on the edge of their coverage... If a femtocell is only capable of
carrying a limited number of connections, what's to prevent nearby customers
of the same carrier connecting through your base station and tying up all
available time slots because it's got a stronger signal than the nearest
cell site? Do they have a tunable range or ACLs so the neighbors aren't
constantly hogging it?
