I used to accomplish this with Bart's PE images (now I use Ultimate Boot
CD which is built on Bart's). I haven't tried with UBCD but Bart's used
to have a McAfee scanner that required downloading the command line
scanner engine from McAfee (free). Since it's booting from the CD, you'd
have no need for admin access. There are also several other plugins for
A/V software. Too bad there isn't a plugin for Prevx...
