Why do you think it is necessary to have another list for this?

The dev list seems like it would be a more appropriate place, most of 
the technical people are there already. (support has a much lower 
subscriber base)

The wiki page http://seattlewireless.net/index.cgi/LinksysWrt54g 
already has a ton of information on it (that's where sveasoft got the 
idea) about the device, and it would be fairly simple to set up another 
page on the wiki talking about setup and experience with either 
sveasoft or other custom firmwares.
