not caching or at least deleting huge images from the cache

The first thing i notice i'm doing with dsl1000 is loading lots of huge NASA images.
Some of them about 50MB, an i guess if i had more RAM i wouldn't hesitate to try the 
120 MB ones.

I use to save these files into proper folders anyway. So i don't need them to be cached.
But to configure a jpg exclusion for so many different sites is not what i gain to do.
Rather, to say to wwwoffle, 'Don't cache .jpg (gif, tiff)  files > 5MB'.
IIRR there's no option for that ?

So, how would a script look like to run through the cache that does the job ?

Or maybe there could even something be plugged into the wwwoffle pac js code ?
